Artist Estate, Inc. dba FineArtEstates.com ("FAE") is the owner of the website fineartestate.com (the "Website"). References herein to "we," "us" or "our" means and refers to FAE. Reference herein to "you" or "your" means and refers to the user of the Website.

This Privacy Policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") is being used with the Website. Personal Information, as used in U.S. privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. As our services evolve and we perceive the need or desirability of collecting or using information collected in other ways, we may from time to time amend or replace this Privacy Policy. The new or revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website with the new effective date. Your use of the Website subsequent to the posting of the amended Privacy Policy will acknowledge your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the new Privacy Policy. You may visit the Website, without identifying any Personal Information. However, if you purchase any Artwork, you will be required to provide sufficient information to complete the transaction. For any effective use of the Website, all users are required to create an account with a User ID and unique Password.

Information from Website visitors may be collected that does not personally identify the Website visitor. Information that is collected in aggregate form includes browser type, operating system, IP address and Internet domain.

In connection with the completion of a sales transaction, we will need to reveal appropriate information to unaffiliated third parties. In addition, you may wish to have communications within the Website, either to us or certain involved third parties (e.g., Dealers associated with identified Artwork). Upon presentation of sufficient information confirming your identity, we will provide you confirmation of your Personal Information. For purchases made online with credit cards, you will be required to provide Personal Information to the third party processors. We do not store credit card numbers, PIN data or 3-digit security codes.
